If you need an invitation letter for the visa application, please download the template of the letter from link above, fill in the required information:

– Full name (as stated in the passport),
– Date of birth,
– Passport number,

and send it to the NOC Vice-Chair (martin.klauco@stuba.sk) for confirmation and signature.

Please note that passport must be valid for at least 3 months after the expiration date of the visa.
