Participant and paper registration
The registration of participants is now open. The participants will are required to select the type of registration (regular, student, student-light). During the process, participants fill the form with their information, IDs of accepted papers, and billing information. The ID of every accepted paper must be provided during the registration process by at least one of the authors, otherwise the authors will not be able to upload the final paper via IFAC Papercept.

Payment Information
Cancellation and Refund Policy
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may prevent registered participants from attending the symposium. In such cases, we provide a relatively benevolent cancellation and refund policy.
If the cancellation and refund request is filed until April 30, 2025, the registration fees will be refunded in full.
Cancellation and refund requests filed after April 30, 2025, will be honored, but they are subject to a €205 charge (€70 administrative fee and €135 of organization expense).
